Chính sách này áp dụng cho nền tảng Công ty TNHH xây dựng Hương Tiến tại www.huongtien.com, bao gồm website, ứng dụng quản trị doanh nghiệp và các tính năng kết nối với nền tảng bên thứ ba (Meta/Facebook, Google, Microsoft, các dịch vụ sức khỏe).
This policy applies to the Công ty TNHH xây dựng Hương Tiến platform at www.huongtien.com, covering our website, business management application, and all features that integrate with third-party platforms (Meta/Facebook, Google, Microsoft, and connected health services).
1. Information We Collect

1.4 Meta / Facebook Platform Data. Our platform lets a business connect its own Facebook Page to manage content and customer care. The connection is initiated by a Page administrator and can be disconnected at any time. When a Page is connected, we collect and store:
How we use it: publishing and scheduling posts on behalf of the Page at the administrator's request (e.g. daily sports-field schedules); displaying comments and messages in our admin screens so staff can reply; automatically replying to comments and messages with an AI assistant for questions about services, pricing and booking availability; posting booking-change updates as comments on the related post; and reporting Page engagement statistics to the business owner.
Permissions we request: pages_show_list (list the Pages you manage), pages_read_engagement (read posts and comments), pages_manage_posts (publish and schedule posts), pages_manage_engagement (reply to and like comments), pages_manage_metadata (subscribe to webhooks), pages_messaging (read and reply to Page messages).
We DO NOT: sell, rent or trade Meta Platform Data; use Meta data for advertising, ad targeting, or building user profiles for sale; transfer Meta data to data brokers, ad networks or any third party outside operating that specific Page; use Meta data to train AI models (comment/message content is sent to our language-model provider only at processing time to generate a reply for that same conversation, and is not retained for training); or access personal profile data beyond the scope of the connected Page.
This data is stored on servers located in Vietnam, encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest. See Section 6, Data Deletion or our Data Deletion Instructions. We comply with the Meta Platform Terms and Meta Developer Policies.

When you connect your Google Fit account, we sync and store: activity data (exercise type — walking, running, cycling, swimming, yoga… — duration, distance, speed, calories burned, steps count, active minutes, floors climbed); heart rate & vital signs (exercise heart rate, resting heart rate, heart points, SpO2 if the device supports it); body metrics (weight, height, BMI, body fat percentage, waist/hip circumference); sleep data (total sleep time, sleep stages — light, deep, REM, awake — sleep quality score); nutrition & hydration (calories intake, water consumption, macronutrients if tracked); and location data ONLY during workouts (GPS route for outdoor activities — we DO NOT track your location continuously).
Permissions Required: Read-only access to activity, body metrics, heart rate, sleep, and nutrition data. We DO NOT have permission to write, modify, or delete data on Google Fit.
Google Fit aggregates data from multiple sources (phone sensors, smartwatches, other apps). We sync all data that Google Fit has collected. You can revoke Google Fit access at any time through your Google Account Permissions.

When you connect your Garmin account, we sync and store: activity data (exercise type, duration, distance, calories burned, heart rate); body metrics (weight, BMI, body fat percentage); sleep data (sleep duration, quality, stages — light, deep, REM); and daily summaries (steps, active minutes, resting heart rate).

When you connect your Samsung Health account, we sync and store: activity data (exercise types — running, walking, cycling, swimming, yoga, gym… — duration, distance, calories burned, heart rate during exercise, steps, floors climbed); body metrics (weight, height, BMI, body fat percentage, muscle mass, body water); sleep data (total sleep time, sleep quality score, sleep stages, bedtime and wake time); heart rate & vital signs (resting heart rate, HRV, SpO2 if supported, blood pressure and blood glucose if tracked); nutrition & water intake; and stress & recovery (stress score, energy level, recovery time).
Permissions Required: Read-only access to health data. We DO NOT request permission to write or modify data on Samsung Health. Device Requirements: Samsung smartphone or tablet with Samsung Health app version 6.0 or higher, Samsung account required.
You can revoke Samsung Health access at any time through Samsung Account Settings.
Người dùng có vai trò quản trị được doanh nghiệp ủy quyền có thể chủ động kết nối kênh YouTube với mô-đun quản lý kênh của Hương Tiến bằng Google OAuth. Khi kết nối, chúng tôi truy cập và lưu trữ những dữ liệu cần thiết sau:

Chúng tôi không bán dữ liệu YouTube, không dùng dữ liệu đó cho quảng cáo và không truy cập kênh ngoài những chức năng người dùng đã yêu cầu. Nếu tính năng trả lời bằng AI được bật, nội dung bình luận liên quan chỉ được gửi tới nhà cung cấp mô hình tại thời điểm xử lý để tạo bản trả lời cho chính cuộc hội thoại đó.
Bạn có thể ngắt kết nối kênh trong màn hình quản trị hoặc thu hồi quyền tại Google Account Permissions. OAuth token sẽ bị xóa khi ngắt kết nối; yêu cầu xóa dữ liệu đã đồng bộ được xử lý theo Hướng dẫn xóa dữ liệu. Việc sử dụng dữ liệu tuân thủ Google API Services User Data Policy và YouTube Terms of Service.
YouTube Data. An authorized administrator may connect the business's YouTube channel to the Hương Tiến channel-management module through Google OAuth. We access and store only the data needed for the requested features: channel ID, title, thumbnail and uploads playlist; video IDs, metadata, thumbnails, processing/privacy status and statistics; comment IDs, text, author display name, timestamps and reply status; and encrypted OAuth access and refresh tokens. A user-selected video file is kept only as needed for upload, and its temporary copy is removed after completion or cancellation.
We use this data to identify the connected channel; display videos, status, statistics and comments; upload user-selected videos; add videos to playlists; update metadata or privacy status; delete a video only after explicit confirmation; and post user-written replies or optional AI-assisted replies when an administrator enables that feature. If AI assistance is enabled, relevant comment content is sent to the model provider only at processing time to draft a reply for that same conversation.
We do not sell YouTube data, use it for advertising, or access the channel beyond user-requested features. You may disconnect the channel in the admin screen or revoke access through Google Account Permissions. OAuth tokens are deleted on disconnect, and synchronized data can be deleted under our Data Deletion Instructions. Our use complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy and YouTube Terms of Service.

Your health data from Google Fit, Samsung Health, and Garmin is used to: display your health and fitness progress in dashboards and charts; calculate trends, statistics, and averages across multiple data sources; provide personalized health insights and recommendations; help you track goals and achievements; send notifications about your progress (if enabled); combine data from multiple sources for a comprehensive health overview; and detect patterns in your activity, sleep, and heart health. Meta/Facebook Platform Data is used strictly within the scope described in Section 1.4.
Google Fit: auto-sync every 1 hour (when app is running), manual sync available, syncs up to 180 days of historical data. Samsung Health: auto-sync every 30 minutes (when app is open), manual sync available, syncs up to 90 days of historical data. Garmin: auto-sync based on Garmin Connect updates, manual sync available. Multi-source Handling: if you connect multiple sources, data is stored separately — you can choose a preferred source or keep all data in Settings.
All data is stored in secure databases in Vietnam; encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS); encrypted at rest in our database; platform access tokens (including Facebook Page Access Tokens) are AES-256 encrypted; and access is restricted to authorized personnel only.
Active Accounts: data retained while the account is active. Inactive Accounts: archived after 18 months of inactivity. Deleted Accounts: all data permanently deleted within 30 days. Facebook Page data: when you disconnect a Page, the Page Access Token is deleted immediately; synced posts, comments and messages are deleted within 30 days. OAuth Tokens: access tokens expire automatically (Google/Microsoft: 1 hour, Samsung: varies); refresh tokens are deleted immediately when you revoke access or delete your account.

Dữ liệu trùng: Nếu bạn kết nối nhiều nguồn (ví dụ Google Fit đã đồng bộ sẵn từ Samsung Health), dữ liệu có thể chồng lấn. Chúng tôi phát hiện trùng lặp dựa trên dấu thời gian và ID hoạt động. Bạn có thể chọn giữ tất cả nguồn hoặc ưu tiên một nguồn cụ thể trong phần Cài đặt.
Disclaimer: Health data from Google Fit, Samsung Health, and Garmin is provided "as-is" from your devices. Accuracy depends on device sensors, wearing method, and manufacturer algorithms. We do NOT modify or calibrate the raw data.
Important: This data does NOT replace professional medical advice. Always consult your doctor for health-related decisions.
Duplicate Data: If you connect multiple sources (e.g. Google Fit already syncing from Samsung Health), data may overlap. We detect duplicates based on timestamps and activity IDs. You can choose in Settings to keep all sources or prefer a specific one.

We DO NOT sell, rent, or share your personal data, health data, or Meta Platform Data with third parties. Limited exceptions: legal requirements (law, court order, or government request); service providers (Google Fit, Samsung Health, Garmin, Meta/Facebook as data sources; hosting providers, encrypted data only); language-model providers (comment/message content is sent at processing time solely to generate a reply for that conversation, never retained for training); and with your consent (only if you explicitly opt in).

For Meta Platform Data we commit to: using data only to provide the features the Page administrator requested; NOT transferring data to data brokers, ad networks, or data-monetization services; NOT using data for credit, insurance, employment, or any eligibility decision about an individual; and deleting data when a Page disconnects, when a user requests it, or when Meta requires it.

You have the right to access (view all your data at any time in your account dashboard), export (download your data in CSV/JSON format, including all health data from connected sources), delete (permanently delete your account and all associated data), and correct (update or correct inaccurate information).
Lưu ý: Khi bạn ngắt kết nối một dịch vụ, dữ liệu đã đồng bộ trước đó vẫn ở trong tài khoản cho tới khi bạn xóa rõ ràng — trừ Page Access Token của Facebook (xóa ngay). Điều này giúp bạn kết nối lại sau mà không mất lịch sử.
Facebook Page: disconnect any time in Admin → Fanpage; you can also remove the app under Facebook Settings → Business Integrations. Google Fit / Samsung Health / Garmin: disconnect any time in Settings → Connected Apps, and revoke permissions in the respective account settings. Google/Microsoft Sign-In: revoke OAuth access via the respective account settings; your account data remains but the sign-in method is removed. Note: when you disconnect a service, previously synced data remains in your account until you explicitly delete it — except the Facebook Page Access Token, which is deleted immediately. This lets you reconnect later without losing history.

6. Data Deletion. You may request deletion of all your data by: (1) deleting your account in-app (Account → Delete Account); (2) removing our app in Facebook Settings → Business Integrations, which automatically sends a data deletion request to our systems; or (3) emailing cskh@huongtien.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request". Quan trọng: Google Fit có thể tổng hợp dữ liệu từ nhiều nguồn, kể cả Garmin và Samsung Health nếu bạn đã kết nối chúng vào Google Fit. Điều này có thể gây trùng dữ liệu.

8. Third-Party Services. We integrate with the Facebook Graph API (see Meta Privacy Policy and Facebook Terms of Service), Garmin Connect API, Samsung Health Platform (SDK), Google Fit REST API, Google Identity Platform, and Microsoft Identity Platform. Email notifications are delivered via Microsoft Outlook; hosting is on servers located in Vietnam. Connecting any of these services means you also accept that provider's own privacy policy and terms, linked above.
