You have the right to request deletion of the personal data that Công ty TNHH xây dựng Hương Tiến holds about you. This page describes the three ways to submit a request and exactly what gets deleted.

Option 1 — Delete your account in-app. Sign in at www.huongtien.com, go to Account → Profile, choose Delete Account and confirm. All of your data is permanently deleted within 30 days.

Option 2 — Remove the app from Facebook. Open Facebook Settings → Business Integrations, find Công ty TNHH xây dựng Hương Tiến, then choose View and edit → Remove. Facebook automatically sends a data deletion request to our systems. We delete the Page Access Token immediately and all Page-related data within 30 days, then return a confirmation code to Facebook so you can track the request status.

Option 3 — Contact us directly. Email cskh@huongtien.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request", including the email or phone number you registered with and the name of the connected Facebook Page (if any). You can also call 08 1800 1855. We verify your identity, process the request within 30 days, and email you a confirmation when it is complete.

What gets deleted: account information (email, name, password, avatar); the Facebook Page Access Token (deleted immediately); synced Page posts, comments, commenter names and IDs; synced Messenger conversations; health data synced from Google Fit, Samsung Health and Garmin; OAuth and refresh tokens for every connected service; and activity logs tied to your account.

What we must retain: invoices, accounting records and payment transactions are retained for 10 years as required by Vietnamese accounting law, and anonymized aggregate statistics that can no longer identify you. This retained data is no longer linked to your personal profile and is never used to contact you or build a profile about you.
